Due to popular demand an erg class that I originally started teaching in order to better prepare our rowers for the Long Beach Erg Sprints 2008 is now going to continue taking place! So, every Saturday at 10:15am feel free to come for an erg class at the Lions Boathouse! This is not your usual indoor rowing experience. Instead of being in a studio inside a gym, our rowing machines are set up right on the dock, so you get the sun, the breeze and the view of beautiful Marina Del Rey! The class is designed for intermidiate to advanced rowers and the focus is on getting a great workout while maintaining proper technique! Cost is $30 per person ($20 for Lions Rowing Club members).
